Program Director, AI for Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage significant education technology initiatives

• Facilitate training cohorts for NGOs with specific objectives, strategies, and outcomes

• Organize and execute technical assistance projects in collaboration with corporate and philanthropic organizations

• Develop AI readiness evaluations and frameworks for NGO collaborators

• Create and implement training programs for NGO personnel

• Supervise skilled volunteer projects and their execution

• Evaluate program data to derive insights and prepare reports

• Establish and nurture relationships with NGOs, corporate partners, and volunteers

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in managing educational technology programs

• Proven experience in leading AI initiatives for education in resource-limited environments

• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and adaptive learning systems

• Strong grasp of project management methodologies

• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and tasks

• Proficient in analyzing and articulating complex concepts clearly

• Experience in international development is preferred

• A Master’s degree in International Development, Public Policy, or a related discipline is preferred
