Program Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive end-to-end implementations of BriteCore’s cloud-based core insurance platform for P&C insurers.

• Serve as the main point of contact for major clients, fostering trusted partnerships and managing their expectations.

• Manage project scope to avoid delays and control costs effectively.

• Collaborate with Implementation Analysts, Product Owners, Engineering, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

• Clearly communicate business requirements and deliver valuable outcomes.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans.

• Coordinate resources and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Improve implementation processes to reduce timelines, minimize costs, and enhance deliverables.

• Provide progress updates to executive stakeholders at BriteCore and client organizations.

• Allocate resources, monitor efforts, and forecast future project requirements.

• Lead outcome-oriented meetings, documenting decisions and action items.

• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience in leading complex SaaS implementation projects.

• More than 5 years of experience in leading core systems transformations.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the P&C sector.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a scaling startup environment.

• Proven experience in managing client relationships, setting expectations, and encouraging customer engagement.

• Demonstrated ability to stay organized while adapting swiftly to changing priorities.

• Experience managing high-pressure situations while maintaining a professional and solution-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with industry-standard project management platforms and tools.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% for overnight assignments.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL (preferred).

• 1+ year of professional coding experience in Python (preferred).
