This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure precise tracking of client entitlements and credits within Salesforce.

• Examine usage data to detect trends, reveal opportunities, address business inquiries, and promote operational excellence.

• Play a vital role in comprehending the client experience by gathering feedback, managing surveys, recognizing themes, and presenting insights to enhance program offerings.

• Utilize data storytelling and visualization methods to create impactful monthly and annual reports in PowerPoint for delivery teams and leadership.

• Perform ad hoc data analysis to uncover insights, facilitate decision-making, and assist in resolving complex business challenges.

• Aid in calculating variable compensation for delivery teams, including commissions and bonuses.

• Act as a representative for the business in technology improvements, dashboard developments, and AI initiatives.

• Be a trusted resource for Excel, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard troubleshooting.

• As required, assist with program logistics, including overseeing a shared inbox, allocating resources, drafting statements of work, and coordinating with clients.

• As needed, provide in-session support for client engagements, including workshops and training.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an analytical, operational, or business support capacity.

• Proven experience in analyzing data and converting insights into clear, actionable reports and recommendations.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, encompassing data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with CRM platforms; familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage.

• Strong client-service orientation with a demonstrated ability to foster relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information in a clear and actionable manner.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.

• Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

• Self-driven and adaptable, capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
