This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Coordinates both standard and selected non-routine patient and customer support requests to facilitate timely resolutions, maintain service continuity, and ensure consistent experience outcomes.
• Assists with case intake, documentation, and follow-up activities to uphold accurate records and effective service progression.
• Oversees service workflows, queue activities, and transaction quality to identify delays, minimize errors, and enhance operational consistency.
• Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and service providers to address inquiries, eliminate barriers, and facilitate access to services.
• Ensures data integrity across service systems and reporting tools to aid informed decision-making and reliable operational execution.
• Elevates complex issues, service risks, and unresolved exceptions to ensure timely intervention and continuity of care or service.
• Promotes workflow enhancements and digital process adoption to bolster future-ready support operations and service efficiency.
• A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer operations, customer service, patient support services, case coordination, service operations, order management, or a related field is required.
• Certification in customer service, patient access, scheduling systems, customer relationship management systems, or healthcare administration is preferred.
