Program Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Provide operational, administrative, and project support to facilitate the effective implementation, monitoring, and reporting of international programs.

• Collaborate closely with Implementing Partners (IPs), internal teams, and local stakeholders to enhance program operations.

• Gather, organize, and validate both qualitative and quantitative program data.

• Assist in monitoring program implementation, which includes tracking progress, ensuring compliance, and reporting.

• Aid in the preparation of reports intended for internal stakeholders and donors.

• Ensure that program activities, data reporting, and in-kind aid distribution adhere to policies and local regulations.

• Maintain precise records, documentation, and reporting of project expenditures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in international development, social sciences, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in supporting programs or projects within international development or humanitarian environments.

• Demonstrated expertise in partner development, monitoring & evaluation, and multi-stakeholder coordination.

• Proven experience in at least some of the following technical domains: community development, agriculture, health, education, economic empowerment, child sponsorship, food security, and WASH (water, sanitation, and hygiene).

• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.

• Capability to collect, verify, and accurately summarize data.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional local languages are advantageous.

• Readiness to travel as required to support programs and field activities.

• A valid passport with the appropriate travel visa.
