Program Analyst – Informatics, Senior-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Senior analytical expert tasked with assessing the effectiveness of programs, pinpointing risks, and suggesting enhancements for ORIS surge-support and workforce modernization initiatives.

• Strategize, analyze, and assess the efficiency of operational programs.

• Utilize source data to gauge the success of programs and business processes.

• Propose enhancements for business processes.

• Spearhead the analysis of operational program effectiveness and business process performance while aiding in the creation of executive-level metrics and dashboards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• At least 10 years of experience in program analysis, with pertinent clinical informatics experience in a VA healthcare environment

• Proven capability to identify and address risks

• Knowledge of SAFe Lean-Agile principles
