Program Analyst, Informatics – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Utilize source data to assess the efficiency of programs and business processes.

• Apply both qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to evaluate operational effectiveness.

• Skillfully manipulate data to illustrate program status and offer recommendations for enhancing business processes.

• Gather, analyze, and deliver metrics for the Weekly Meeting and Report (PWS 4.2.B) and the Monthly Report (PWS 4.2.D).

• Examine issue trends, ticket velocity, and training completion statistics.

• Support readiness assessments and gap analyses as part of the IAP-to-EIWMP incorporation initiative.

• Compile data packages that contribute to the Informatics Surge Readiness Index.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• At least 5 years of experience in program analysis, ideally within clinical informatics or VA healthcare.

• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities.

• Background in VA clinical informatics programs or EIWMP.

• Proficiency in Power BI, ServiceNow reporting, or comparable tools.

• Understanding of LPM/Agile metrics and PI reporting.
