Program Analyst, Informatics – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Offers mid-level analytical assistance aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of informatics initiatives, business operations, and surge-support efforts.

• Leverage source data to assess the efficacy of programs and business operations.

• Apply both qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to evaluate operational effectiveness.

• Skillfully manipulate data to showcase program status and provide recommendations for enhancing business processes.

• Gather, analyze, and deliver metrics for the Weekly Meeting and Report (PWS 4.2.B) and Monthly Report (PWS 4.2.D).

• Examine issue trends, ticket velocity, and training completion statistics.

• Support readiness assessments and gap analyses in the context of the IAP-to-EIWMP integration effort.

• Compile data packages that contribute to the Informatics Surge Readiness Index.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• At least 5 years of experience in program analysis, preferably in clinical informatics or VA healthcare

• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical abilities

• Experience with VA clinical informatics programs or EIWMP

• Proficient in Power BI, ServiceNow reporting, or comparable tools

• Knowledge of LPM/Agile metrics and PI reporting.
