Program Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop strong relationships with customers to comprehend their needs and provide education on our various programs and services.

• Serve as the primary contact for designated prospects and articulate our services.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer deliverables and inquiries.

• Prepare presentations and reporting templates as needed.

• Calculate carbon and other environmental footprints utilizing client data and company tools.

• Assist with client onboarding, routine communications, and Q&A; document actions and statuses in CRM/project management tools.

• Guide the introduction of new strategic offerings and oversee their implementation within the industry.

• Participate in webinars, conferences, and conduct independent research to stay informed about emerging policy developments and grant opportunities; effectively communicate summary notes and guidance regarding their implications for our programs to the company and customers.

• Develop educational materials and guidance for customers to enhance their understanding of sustainability terms and concepts, best practices, evolving trends, and policy and accounting guidance.

• Aid clients in data collection and the calculation of their carbon footprints.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with external customers and partners.

• Represent 4AIR at key trade conferences and discuss our programs with potential and existing customers.

• Contribute to the development of new carbon and non-carbon reporting mechanisms and processes.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 14 years of experience in aviation, sustainability, data/analytics, or customer support.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (VBA knowledge is not required).

• Customer-focused mindset; proactively anticipates needs and follows through.

• Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote, small-team setting.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, accounting, sustainability, or a related field.

• Familiarity with the business aircraft industry, including products and services.

• Understanding of flight data analytics and related concepts.
