This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide project coordination and administrative assistance across various functional areas, including Clinical Program Management, Utilization Management, Formulary, GuidedHealth, Pharmaceutical Trade Relations, Pharmacy Audit, Clinical Operations, and/or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Oversee, manage, and execute internal and client-facing initiatives.
• Organize quarterly Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee activities and facilitate the annual development and production of the formulary.
• Aid in the development and processes for Prime National and client Utilization Management programs.
• Assess regulatory requirements and ensure compliance for Formulary, Utilization Management, GuidedHealth, and other programs.
• Offer administrative support by tracking documentation, verifying information, coordinating follow-ups, and preparing and submitting regular reports.
• Assist with client quarterly business review presentations and both internal and external communications.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High school diploma from an accredited institution or an equivalent GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management, business process administration, project management, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa or residency sponsorship.
• Capability to execute projects independently within designated timeframes.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to perform essential job functions; reasonable accommodations may be provided.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT).
• Preferred: 3 years of experience in PBM, Managed Care, or Pharmaceutical/Trade.
• Preferred: Skills in Project Management.
• Preferred: Knowledge or experience in formulary or utilization management.
