This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the implementation and continuous execution of a specialized program in Indiana that has heightened compliance requirements.
• Ensure educators and specialists comprehend and follow program expectations, policies, and workflows.
• Act as a subject matter expert on both state-specific and program-specific regulations.
• Oversee program fidelity through data analysis, audits, and regular assessments of attendance, engagement, progress, and documentation systems.
• Identify and proactively mitigate compliance risks and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the Director of Program Implementation to ensure alignment between execution and broader system design.
• Provide support to staff through training, communication, and ongoing guidance.
• Work with teams across learning, partnerships, product, and operations.
• Highlight trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement based on program data and stakeholder feedback.
• Advocate for enhancements to products and systems.
• Assist with documentation and ensure audit readiness.
• Participate in mandatory team meetings, adhere to regulations and policies, and fulfill other assigned responsibilities.
• Occasionally travel within Indiana to supervise in-person assessments.
• Must reside in the state of Indiana.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in K–12 education, ideally in virtual, blended, or non-traditional learning settings.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and enhancing systems or programs at scale.
• Strong understanding of attendance, assessment, curriculum, grading, and student support systems.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable instructions.
• Cross-functional experience with the capacity to influence without direct authority.
• Proficient data analysis skills with the ability to utilize metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Experience in developing training materials, documentation, or operational playbooks.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to identify gaps, resolve issues, and foster alignment among teams.
• Flexible availability during standard business hours in the Mountain Time Zone.
• Familiarity with Google products such as Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Forms, and Sheets.
• Access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, webcam, and headset.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Willingness to attend team meetings as requested or required.
• Ability to comply with federal, state, and local regulations as well as OpenEd policies.
• Competitive base salary ranging from $73K to $100K.
• Variable compensation of $8K.
