• Overseeing the implementation and ongoing management of a specialized program with heightened compliance or specific program requirements.
• Ensuring that educators and specialists comprehend and comply with program expectations, policies, and workflows.
• Acting as the subject matter expert on state-specific and program-specific requirements.
• Monitoring program fidelity through data analysis, audits, and regular evaluations of key systems (attendance, engagement, progress, documentation, etc.).
• Identifying compliance risks or gaps and addressing them proactively.
• Collaborating with the Director of Program Implementation to ensure program execution aligns with broader system design.
• Assisting staff through training, effective communication, and continuous guidance regarding program requirements.
• Working with cross-functional teams (learning, partnerships, product, operations) to maintain alignment and effective execution.
• Highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement based on program data and stakeholder feedback.
• Advocating for product and system improvements that enhance the experience for students, families, and staff involved in the program.
• Assisting with documentation and audit preparedness to ensure compliance with state and partner expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in K–12 education, ideally within virtual, blended, or non-traditional learning settings.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing systems or programs at scale.
• Solid understanding of core school operations (attendance, assessment, curriculum, grading, and student support systems).
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the capacity to convert complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and influencing without direct authority.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to utilize metrics for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Experience in developing training materials, documentation, or operational playbooks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Capability to identify gaps, solve problems, and drive alignment across teams.
