• Taking charge of the implementation and ongoing management of a specialized program that has heightened compliance or specific program requirements.
• Ensuring that teachers and specialists comprehend and follow program expectations, policies, and workflows.
• Acting as the subject matter expert on both state-specific and program-specific requirements.
• Overseeing program fidelity through data analysis, audits, and regular assessments of essential systems (attendance, engagement, progress, documentation, etc.).
• Recognizing compliance risks or gaps and proactively working to address them.
• Collaborating with the Director of Program Implementation to ensure that program execution aligns with broader system design.
• Providing support to staff through training, communication, and ongoing guidance related to program requirements.
• Working alongside cross-functional teams (learning, partnerships, product, operations) to guarantee alignment and effective execution.
• Highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement based on program data and stakeholder feedback.
• Advocating for enhancements to products and systems that improve the experience for students, families, and staff within the program.
• Assisting with documentation and audit readiness to ensure compliance with state and partner expectations.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in K–12 education, ideally in virtual, blended, or non-traditional learning settings.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and enhancing systems or programs on a large scale.
• Strong understanding of fundamental school operations (attendance, assessment, curriculum, grading, and student support systems).
• Exceptional written communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and influencing others without direct authority.
• Strong data analysis abilities and the capacity to utilize metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience in developing training materials, documentation, or operational playbooks.
• A demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to identify gaps, resolve issues, and drive alignment among teams.
