Program Administrator

📋 Description

• Taking ownership of the implementation and continuous execution of a specialized program that entails heightened compliance or specific program requirements.

• Ensuring that educators and specialists comprehend and follow program expectations, policies, and workflows.

• Acting as the subject matter expert regarding state-specific and program-specific requirements.

• Monitoring program fidelity through data analysis, audits, and regular reviews of essential systems (attendance, engagement, progress, documentation, etc.).

• Identifying compliance risks or deficiencies and proactively addressing them.

• Collaborating with the Director of Program Implementation to ensure that program execution aligns with broader system design.

• Providing support to staff through training, communication, and ongoing guidance pertaining to program requirements.

• Working together with cross-functional teams (learning, partnerships, product, operations) to guarantee alignment and effective execution.

• Highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement based on program data and feedback from stakeholders.

• Advocating for product and system improvements that enhance the experience for students, families, and staff involved in the program.

• Assisting with documentation and audit preparedness to ensure compliance with state and partner expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Public Administration, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in K–12 education, ideally within virtual, blended, or non-traditional learning settings.

• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and enhancing systems or programs on a large scale.

• Strong grasp of core school operations (attendance, assessment, curriculum, grading, and student support systems).

• Exceptional written communication skills, with the capability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence without direct authority.

• Robust data analysis skills and the ability to utilize metrics for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Experience in creating training materials, documentation, or operational guidelines.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Capability to identify gaps, resolve issues, and drive alignment across teams.
