Professor I – Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver live online classes utilizing effective teaching methods, organization, and a strong focus on enhancing the student experience.

• Utilize the institution's instructional materials appropriately and advocate for the use of relevant bibliographic references within the discipline, fostering critical and reflective learning.

• Develop and execute academic activities that are in line with the course syllabus and the pedagogical goals of the discipline.

• Facilitate pedagogical mediation and promote active student participation and engagement during class sessions.

• Adhere to deadlines set in the academic calendar and respond promptly to inquiries from course coordination.

• Log attendance, topics covered, assessments, and other academic details in the institutional system (SIA) by the established deadlines.

• Engage in pedagogical meetings, training sessions, and institutional activities as required.

• Maintain academic standards, uphold professional ethics, and foster positive relationships with students, coordination, and institutional staff.

• Efficiently utilize the institution's digital tools, particularly Microsoft Teams and academic systems.

• Required qualification: Specialization (postgraduate specialization).

• Mandatory: Bachelor's degree and specialization in Business-related undergraduate programs.

• Knowledge or experience in Project Management and associated topics.

• Excellent communication skills, capability to establish rapport with students, and adaptability.

• Current theoretical and practical expertise relevant to the subject area.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and comfort with educational digital tools.

• An updated Lattes curriculum (Lattes CV) is essential.

• Previous experience with hybrid teaching or distance education (EAD) is advantageous.

• A stricto sensu postgraduate degree (master’s or doctorate) is a plus.

• Familiarity with active methodologies and collaborative learning is beneficial.
