Professional Services Manager – Offline, Online

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Conduct live onboarding and training sessions for customers

• Configure Connecteam according to specified requirements

• Accurately upload and manage employee data

• Execute quality assurance and comprehensive reviews of setups prior to go-live

• Provide customers with advice on best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 1 year of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or technical support

• Strong technical skills and a keen attention to detail

• Native or near-native proficiency in English

• Capability to simplify complex requirements

• Comfortable collaborating with non-technical managers

• Previous experience in SaaS configuration or back-office support is advantageous
