This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage execution teams to ensure clients achieve their strategic objectives through Varian's comprehensive solutions.
• Establish and nurture collaborative partnerships at the executive level, fostering long-term customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with Oncology Solutions Managers, Sales, and Varian leadership from initial strategy formulation through to implementation.
• Implement enterprise solutions aimed at accelerating time to value for our partners.
• Act as an expert on Varian products and oncology, supporting client success.
• Operationalize execution plans, define success KPIs, and establish governance structures for partnerships.
• Ensure program outputs are patient-centered, comprehensive solutions that bridge consumption gaps and steer strategies towards diversified recurring revenue.
• Meet assigned KSO targets while fostering strong client relationships.
• Implement Varian's processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent Varian with professionalism, ethics, values, and business practices.
• Supervise projects and associated resources through a dotted-line reporting structure.
• At least seven years of management experience in healthcare administration with a focus on Oncology Operations.
• A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and eight years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with six years of related experience.
• Proven leadership experience in clinical operations, driving strategic and business planning, as well as financial and operational performance.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, collaboration, and consensus-building abilities.
• Proficient in E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HCM solutions (e.g., Workday) or similar ERP and productivity software.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Understanding of quality, performance improvement, change theory, and healthcare systems.
• Basic knowledge of IT, notably interoperability and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of healthcare finance, including fundamental organizational P&L.
• Capability to lead teams and manage multiple processes, people, and projects concurrently.
• Must complete LMS training specific to the assigned responsibilities.
• Must fulfill applicable Vendor Credentialing criteria for client site access.
• Willingness to travel 50%-75% of the time.
• Must be able to operate with controlled technology in compliance with US export control regulations.
