This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise execution teams to ensure clients meet their strategic objectives utilizing Varian's comprehensive solutions.
• Develop and sustain collaborative partnerships at the executive level to foster long-term client loyalty.
• Collaborate with Oncology Solutions Managers, Sales teams, and Varian leadership from the initial strategy development through to execution.
• Implement enterprise solutions aimed at minimizing the time to value for partners.
• Serve as a Varian product and oncology specialist to support client success.
• Operationalize execution plans, establish success KPIs, develop routine scorecards, and create governance structures for partnerships.
• Ensure the delivery of patient-centered programs that address consumption gaps and shift strategies towards a diversified recurring revenue model.
• Meet assigned KSO targets while cultivating client relationships.
• Follow through with Varian's implementation processes to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Represent the company effectively while exemplifying Varian's professionalism.
• Uphold Varian's ethics, values, and business practices.
• Willingness to travel 50%-75% and gain access to necessary client sites.
• Capability, competence, and confidence to lead teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in E-Mail, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HCM systems like Workday or similar ERP and productivity software.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.

• Ability to plan and manage multiple processes, teams, and projects concurrently.

• Knowledge of healthcare finance, including basic organizational P&L.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with eight years of related experience, or a master's degree with six years of related experience.
• A minimum of seven years of managerial experience in healthcare administration with expertise in oncology operations is required.
• Demonstrated leadership in clinical operations, strategic and business planning, and performance in financial and operational metrics.
• Understanding of quality, performance improvement, change theory, and health systems.
• Basic IT knowledge regarding interoperability and infrastructure.
• Completion of the LMS training plan is necessary.
• Availability to travel 50%-75%.
• Must meet applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, including identification, background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
• Must be capable of working with controlled technology in compliance with US export control laws.
