Professional Services Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist Cloud and Managed Services clients with their needs

• Address incidents and fulfill service requests

• Engage in problem management and enhance infrastructure

• Plan and execute upgrades and configurations for NetApp ONTAP

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable mix of education and training

• Familiarity with NetApp Storage technologies

• Proficient in PowerShell/Python scripting

• Solid understanding of storage protocols (CIFS, NFS, iSCSI)

• Knowledge of ITIL practices

• Practical experience with monitoring platforms and backup solutions

• Excellent customer communication abilities
