This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Engage with key stakeholders prior to and following sales to ensure project scope aligns with customers' contracted expectations.
• Execute implementations and upgrades for laboratory departments.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and Clinisys platforms to enhance implementation workflows, perform data analysis, and facilitate decision-making.
• Advise clients using best-practice recommendations from Clinisys.
• Conduct client training during implementations and upgrades.
• Observe client and departmental feedback, offering suggestions for process improvements.
• Travel to client locations for the installation of Clinisys software products.
• Uphold customer satisfaction throughout the duration of the customer relationship.
• Address project challenges or escalate them to senior staff or management as necessary.
• Collaborate with and mentor fellow Professional Services Consultants.
• Organize and prioritize project tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Undertake additional assigned projects.
• Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Biological, or Environmental Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in an Environmental Science Laboratory.
• Familiarity with relevant standards and EPA testing methodologies.
• At least 3 years of experience in writing SQL queries; knowledge of Oracle DB is preferred.
• 3 years of experience with laboratory reporting tools such as Telerik, Actuate, or Crystal.
• 3 years of experience working with application interfaces, including HL7 or APIs.
• Understanding of laboratory operations, laboratory information management systems, software applications, and some instrument and third-party interfacing.
• Ability to comprehend how multiple systems interconnect and make recommendations accordingly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in developing and enhancing workflow processes and procedures to drive client process improvements.
• Capability to work independently and manage projects and priorities from inception to completion.
• Preferred: 5 years of experience in administering Laboratory Information Management Systems or Clinisys software products, along with 1 year working with Clinisys applications like Horizon/CLS or Sunquest.
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in a consulting or implementation environment.
• Experience or familiarity with AI tools such as Co-Pilot.
• Must attend or travel to a Clinisys office on the first day of employment for onboarding purposes.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% to client sites.
• Capability to lift and carry 15-44 lbs. and stand or walk for 2-6 hours.
