This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Aids the Customer throughout the Think and Build stages of a project.

• Creates and maintains technical project documentation, including high/low level design documents, methods of procedure, testing plans, configuration templates, and scripts.

• Provisions, customizes, and validates Fortinet configurations according to approved designs and recommendations.

• Conducts testing of Fortinet solutions and confirms system functionality.

• Engages in interoperability and integration testing of devices that interact with Fortinet products.

• Advises on and implements Fortinet best practices.

• Addresses and/or escalates technical issues promptly.

• Provides general knowledge transfer to client personnel.

• Develops and sustains core expertise in Fortinet’s product offerings and technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience with LAN/WAN/Network Security Products.

• Proficient in designing and implementing FortiGate solutions (design and implementation) or significant third-party security solutions.

• Experience in complex routing and WAN environments, with a focus on BGP and OSPF.

• Work history in maintaining, deploying, or designing MPLS networks, particularly L3 VPN.

• Familiarity with MSSP or managed service settings (multi-tenancy, monitoring, reporting, and supportability).

• Background in scripting and automation (e.g., ZTP, integration with orchestrators, controllers, and dashboards).

• Exceptional communication and technical documentation abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team, fostering cooperation from diverse sources, including management, clients, and various departments.

• Positive customer service mindset complemented by strong interpersonal skills.
