This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Serve as an essential cross-functional connection, working closely with Arista Sales teams to pinpoint opportunities and collaborating with PS Technical Leads to outline intricate engineering solutions.
• Directly interact with Customers to showcase service capabilities while collaborating with Legal and Finance to finalize contract terms.
• Coordinate with Product Management (PLM) on strategic initiatives and work alongside Resource Planning to ensure a smooth project transition for delivery.
• Oversee the PS Pre-Sales process by utilizing sales and technical expertise, while engaging with Arista Customers to produce deliverables such as network solution presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Develop and manage the PS pipeline through active collaboration with Customers, Sales, Arista Professional Service Advisors, Marketing, and PLM.
• At least 10+ years of experience in providing and selling professional services solutions, ideally within data center, campus, SD-WAN networking migrations, and deployments.
• Proven experience in guiding Customers through the sale and execution of large-scale projects in the Enterprise or Service Provider sectors.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and contract negotiation abilities.
• Prior experience in drafting Statements of Work (SOW) and responding to RFP requests.
• Proficiency in G Suite Tools, Kantata, and SalesForce CRM tool usage is required.
