This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collect requirements from business stakeholders and comprehend business processes and needs.
• Design and create tailored solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform tools, such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Develop responsive, user-centric Power Apps applications featuring intricate logic integrations.
• Construct and automate business workflows using Power Automate, along with connectors and custom workflows.
• Design and implement dashboards and reports to visualize data and deliver insights.
• Connect Power Platform solutions with external systems and data sources through connectors and APIs.
• Collaborate with QA teams on testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to guarantee solution quality and performance.
• Analyze intricate business processes and propose technical solutions or enhancements.
• Provide mentorship to other SharePoint developers on advanced subjects.
• Assess new hardware, software, system tools, and applications, offering procurement recommendations.
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree with 9 or more years of experience, or equivalent relevant education/experience.
• Alternatively, a relevant Master's Degree with 7 or more years of experience, or a relevant PhD with 4 or more years of experience.
• Educational requirements must be met prior to the employment start date.
• Extensive expertise in information systems within the specific field and comprehensive knowledge of related disciplines.
• Exceptional leadership and project management capabilities.
• Proficient in analytical techniques, practices, and problem-solving.
• Advanced programming and architectural skills with various computer software programs and information systems.
• Extensive experience with SharePoint Online.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a federal Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card, including a favorable background investigation.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be authorized to access the facility per Department of Energy regulations and obtain work authorization.
• Required to disclose and potentially disengage from participation in prohibited Foreign Government Talent Recruitment Programs.
