Produktmanager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the partnership with insurance companies, including onboarding new insurers, negotiating commissions, conducting annual discussions, offering marketing packages, and negotiating discounts.

• You will be the contact person for brokers regarding specialized questions in the areas of health, life, SHUK, and commercial insurance.

• You will negotiate attractive coverage concepts and special promotions with the companies.

• You are responsible for the expansion and optimization of our pricing page.

• You will play a key role in the implementation of seasonal and ongoing sales campaigns as well as (public) events.

• You will support our internal service team with technical questions to provide the best possible service to our members.

• You will work closely with our product teams, contributing your expertise constructively.

• You will take on quality management in the area of claims rates.

• You will stay informed and monitor the market to introduce new products and companies to the platform.

• A strong focus on the end-customer perspective: You will work on optimizing concerns and issues from end-customer support in collaboration with insurance companies, simplifying processes and workflows, and further automating them using technology and AI.

• Good comprehension skills to quickly grasp complex digital topics.

• Ideally, you have previously worked at a broker pool or a professional brokerage firm and possess strong expertise in health, life, SHUK, or commercial insurance.

• Strong negotiation skills and an interest in continuous professional development.
