Produkt Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development and implementation of a product strategy aligned with our corporate objectives

• Leadership and coordination of projects aimed at enhancing our digital solutions, particularly through the use of Zoho

• Close collaboration with teams to define requirements and efficiently develop products

• Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement

• Creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets

• Support in the launch of new products and features, as well as user feedback management

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in an agile, digitalized environment

• Excellent knowledge and practical experience with Zoho software

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills

• Project management abilities and capacity to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

• High communication skills and very good German, both spoken and written

• Affinity for digital processes and a solution-oriented mindset
