This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
β’ Employ a customer-centric, needs-based assessment approach to inform customers and prospects about various insurance options.
β’ Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
β’ Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer requirements, and promote suitable products and services.
β’ Preferred sales experience in outside sales, inside sales representative roles, retail sales associate positions, or telemarketing.
β’ Possession of a Property and Casualty License in Arizona, Oregon, or Hawaii.
β’ A proven history of achieving sales targets and quotas is preferred.
β’ Passionate about the role of insurance and financial products in assisting individuals to manage everyday risks, recover from unforeseen events, and achieve their aspirations.
β’ Self-driven and motivated.
β’ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
β’ Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
β’ Proficient in delivering presentations to prospective clients.
β’ Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
β’ Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
