Production Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the progress of depositions from assignment to delivery, proactively identifying potential delays.

• Facilitate job assignments among digital reporting and transcription teams while managing workload effectively.

• Act as the main point of contact for inquiries, clarifications, and updates related to job assignments.

• Assess reporter adherence to DepoDirect protocols, documentation, and order verification criteria.

• Review finalized transcripts for precision, formatting, and compliance with DepoDirect guidelines.

• Offer constructive feedback aimed at enhancing transcript quality and team productivity.

• Interact professionally with reporters, transcriptionists, clients, and internal stakeholders.

• Detect workflow inefficiencies and propose actionable process enhancements to the Production Manager.

• Foster positive working relationships while maintaining standards of quality, accuracy, and delivery timelines.

• Keep records of workflow updates, process modifications, recurring challenges, progress, obstacles, and escalations.

• Raise production risks or concerns and assist in resolving them promptly with cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in court reporting, legal transcription, deposition services, or similar production support roles.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, multitasking abilities, decision-making, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with deposition workflows, transcript standards, and court reporting methodologies.

• Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity platforms such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.

• Experience in proofreading legal transcripts for accuracy, formatting, and adherence to professional standards.

• Proven experience in managing job assignments and communication across distributed or remote teams.

• Remote Online Notary commission is preferred, or a willingness to obtain one with company support; digital reporting certification is also preferred.
