This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Production Planning: Create and uphold the master production schedule based on demand forecasts and production capabilities.
• Oversee and manage material and resource needs to align with production objectives.
• Modify planning in response to changes in demand, capacity limitations, or material availability.
• Organize and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Track production advancement and make necessary schedule adjustments.
• Aggregate demand data from various areas and operations.
• Conduct analyses on capacity, volume, workload, and resource utilization.
• Establish and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) for production, demand, capacity, productivity, and adherence to plans.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and analyses to aid management decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other partner departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
• Experience in Production Planning and Control (PPC/PCP), demand planning, capacity planning, supply planning, or similar areas.
• Proficient in data analysis, preparation of management reports, and monitoring KPIs.
• Background in industrial or manufacturing settings is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and planning software.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics and reporting tools.
• Understanding of operational metrics, forecasting, production capacity, and resource management.
• Awareness of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish (preferred).
