Production Operator I – PWD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Carry out the product manufacturing process by managing semi-automatic machines for vulcanization, assembly, or finishing of components, under the guidance of the Team Leader.

• Initiate the production cycle by examining the operation history, completing and referencing the Control Plan and Process Sheet, and documenting information in the RAC – Self-Control Record.

• Obtain a sample from the initial production round and confirm that the component meets the predefined standards.

• Eliminate flash from vulcanized components using tools to trim off excess rubber.

• Aid in inventory management by counting completed parts within the department.

• Contribute to organizational tasks by cleaning and organizing the workspace.

• Operate machinery in accordance with the company’s job classification and compensation program.
