Production Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of projects: Coordinate various simultaneous creative and marketing initiatives, ensuring the timely completion of high-quality work.

• Manage resource workflows: Develop adaptable project schedules, proactively balancing team capabilities and reallocating resources as priorities evolve.

• Enhance operational systems: Constantly improve production workflows to streamline processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and maintain team agility.

• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with internal project leaders to manage expectations, address delivery challenges, and ensure project visibility.

• Supervise budgets and resources: Oversee production expenditures, external vendor partnerships, and freelance contracts to enhance content production.

• Integrate AI efficiencies: Collaborate with our AI Ops team to evaluate, adopt, and implement intelligent automation tools that minimize manual tasks.

• Background in creative production: Demonstrated experience in managing creative workflows within an internal marketing or creative team setting.

• Systems-oriented thinker: Highly skilled in database-driven project management tools, with a strong preference for Airtable or similar platforms.

• Flexible growth mindset: Resilient, adaptable, and genuinely driven to evolve production processes in line with a growing business.

• Interest in AI: A practical curiosity for emerging AI tools and an ability to leverage them for improved operational efficiency.
