Production Finance Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee the assessment of program performance

• Employ SAP (APEX/PRISM/BW) for various functions

• Generate quarterly EACs and monthly forecasts while monitoring variances

• Collaborate with Program Management and Cost Account Managers

• Work alongside US-based program management, program management in Japan, and the Japanese customer

• Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and appropriateness of all financial data for the intended audience

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related field is typically required

• At least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years in finance/accounting

• Proven experience in interfacing and conducting business across various functional areas (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain)

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory

• Ability to work independently as well as with senior management

• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Experience in preparing EACs

• Significant experience in preparing and processing Agent Commissions

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

• Experience in training finance team members on tools and processes

• Familiarity with SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, BW) or similar tools

• Knowledge of AOP, Long-Range Planning, program forecasting, and metrics

• Proficiency in Japanese is required
