This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Operations Department to assist with on-site logistics for remote events.

• Aid in the planning and execution of production elements by utilizing creative, analytical, and organizational capabilities.

• Manage and disseminate production materials, which include sales, graphics, and promotional content.

• Act as the main point of contact between designated sport/show categories and internal departments, external partners, and vendors.

• Provide support to production staff and talent, including Producers, Directors, Graphics/Playback Producers, Associate Directors, and Production Assistants.

• Deliver constructive performance feedback to team members.

• Supervise and coordinate runner, make-up, and transportation schedules during events.

• Organize team meetings and enhance communication across sport/show units.

• Collaborate with alternate ESPN platforms to synchronize production strategies.

• Maintain and circulate current production documentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses a fundamental understanding of remote event production.

• Has knowledge of the operational and logistical components of production planning.

• Holds basic experience in various facets of production management (e.g., creating, maintaining, and distributing production information, travel management, production personnel scheduling/staffing).

• Must possess strong communication abilities (e.g., clear and concise in all forms of communication, capable of managing high-volume email and phone interactions as well as in-person engagements).

• Must exhibit strong organizational skills (e.g., effective time management and workload prioritization, accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, ability to implement systematic processes and organize information flow).

• Demonstrates initiative; proposes ideas and solutions to issues that arise or preemptively addresses potential problems.

• Must recognize the significance of synergy within a dynamic organization.

• Has shown the ability to respond swiftly and positively in a range of sensitive production circumstances that are subject to constant change.

• Possesses advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in production and/or operations is required.

• Willingness to travel and work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

• A valid driver’s license is required.
