Production Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

đź“‹ Description

• Ensure real-time visibility into the progress of all ongoing projects within the department.

• Identify projects that are at risk of missing deadlines or exceeding budgets before issues arise.

• Produce regular project status reports for internal evaluation.

• Manage both internal and client-facing production schedules across the department.

• Collaborate with producers to guarantee that schedules are realistic, documented, and regularly updated.

• Oversee the operational aspects of onboarding new clients into production.

• Ensure all required information, assets, and approvals are secured before the commencement of production.

• Take responsibility for the upkeep and organization of production documentation.

• Act as the central communication hub for operations within the production department.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in a production coordinator, project manager, or operations role—preferably within media, podcasting, or a creative agency setting.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously without oversight.

• Proficiency in using project management tools, shared documents, and maintaining up-to-date systems.

• Strong written communication skills—responsible for drafting agendas, SOPs, status updates, and occasionally challenging messages.

• Ability to collaborate across teams and establish trust with producers, clients, and senior leadership alike.
