This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and sustain a curated list of creators, actors, photographers, videographers, and production assistants, including their rate cards, availability, and areas of expertise.
• Coordinate weekly project strategies and daily timelines, ensuring that creative outputs meet all deadlines from concept to execution.
• Negotiate fees, issue Statements of Work (SOWs), and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices to adhere to budget constraints.
• Identify and secure locations, props, and wardrobe as necessary; supervise production days when needed.
• Convert creative briefs into precise shot lists, call sheets, timelines, and checklists for deliverables.
• Provide briefings to content creators, actors, and creative collaborators, including photographers, videographers, editors, and designers, while fostering strong professional relationships.
• Conduct post-shoot feedback sessions to pinpoint areas for improvement and ensure consistency across all deliverables.
• Obtain all necessary usage rights, model releases, and compliance documents prior to the commencement of production.
• Verify that deliverables align with the brief, comply with brand standards, advertising platform specifications, and any relevant compliance requirements.
• Execute initial quality control checks, identify pacing, narrative flow, or visual concerns, and facilitate swift resolutions with editors and creators.
• Possesses 3–5 years of experience in creative project management, production, or operations.
• Demonstrates a successful history of enhancing creative processes within a growth-oriented environment.
• Experience in the Performance Marketing sector is highly advantageous.
• Exhibits exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle various creative requests and deliverables from an array of creative partners and stakeholders.
• Strong project management capabilities and excellent communication skills are essential.
