This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee weekly monitoring of system information and carry out reconciliation tasks.
• Raise technical discrepancies to the appropriate leads.
• Conduct analysis activities to ensure accurate reporting and visibility for the production control team and leadership.
• Relay system health and reporting status to stakeholders.
• Manage Smartsheet workflows, sheets, and dashboards effectively.
• Handle additions and modifications of records within the ERP system.
• Create and maintain standard work documentation.
• Lead Lean initiatives aimed at pinpointing and eliminating transactional waste.
• Oversee exports and reporting submissions to track performance and meet operational objectives.
• Assist with system administration duties and keep outputs and records updated in reporting tools.
• Supervise system quality, recognize risks, rectify errors, and escalate issues as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in analysis, system reporting, and operational support.
• A minimum of 5 years working with Smartsheet, Tableau, and ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related visualization/reporting tools.
• Experience in supporting KPI tracking and operational reporting.
• Capability to maintain workflows that minimize manual effort and enhance accuracy.
• Ability to assist management in decision-making processes.
• Proficiency in the English language is mandatory.
• Previous experience in data operations is preferred.
• A strong commitment to Lean methodology and continuous improvement is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work proactively, with a sense of urgency, and under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to work efficiently in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
• Resourcefulness and a self-starter attitude are essential.
