Product Writer I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Create, refine, and publish essential help center articles and release notes

• Utilize internal specifications, interviews with subject matter experts, and product testing to convert features into clear written instructions

• Assist in developing templates and ensuring consistency in documentation style

• Conduct light HTML or CMS formatting as required

• Capture and annotate screenshots for clarity

• Engage in documentation review processes and integrate feedback

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in writing, editing, or providing documentation support

• Familiarity with help centers, customer support content, or writing for SaaS products

• Prior experience with union clients or in political campaign settings is highly desirable

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related discipline (preferred)
