This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide product training to both internal and external clients.
• Engage in the creation, execution, and upkeep of product training materials.
• Coordinate activities across various functions and with external clients.
• Plan and conduct training sessions in the field as well as at corporate facilities.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts while ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations.
• Instruct customers and distributors on the safe and efficient operation of Haemonetics equipment and associated disposables.
• Offer technical support to customer personnel and Haemonetics employees.
• Relay feedback to business unit management regarding customer insights and equipment performance.
• Keep current with new and existing equipment applications, alongside competitive products.
• Assess the effectiveness of training by evaluating the application of learned skills in job performance and suggesting future programs.
• Certify training sessions that have been satisfactorily completed and ensure that training certificate summaries are accurate.
• Conduct follow-up as necessary.
• Maintain training records as required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in a clinical setting, preferably in plasma or blood collection, is required.
• Previous experience in training others is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time via air and vehicle.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proven written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Effectively provides coaching and constructive feedback.
• Maintains a high level of accuracy, even under pressure.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
