Product Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement comprehensive training programs for Censis employees and customers that encompass healthcare and sterile processing workflows, industry context, and education on Censis products.

• Design and present engaging training materials for internal audiences, including instructor-led sessions, self-paced learning modules, video tutorials, interactive experiences, and quick reference guides.

• Lead the advancement of Censis’ training ecosystem, including the LMS and customer learning portals, to provide a seamless and scalable learning experience.

• Develop robust remote learning resources and customer-facing learning portals that facilitate ongoing product adoption.

• Oversee and deliver customer learning offerings that empower users to build confidence and maximize the utility of Censis solutions.

• Produce self-service learning content that allows customers to quickly access practical, high-value support.

• Create engaging video demonstrations, user guides, and enablement resources that clarify complex workflows.

• Establish effective processes to regularly update and maintain content, ensuring learning materials are accurate and relevant.

• Assess learning effectiveness through user engagement analytics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Develop and present training for new products and significant product enhancements to ensure internal teams are equipped to support successful launches.

• Conduct regular educational sessions for cross-functional internal teams to enhance product knowledge and confidence.

• Act as a subject matter expert on sterile processing workflows, collaborating with product and marketing teams to support strategy, messaging, and enablement.

• Work with internal functional teams to identify changing training needs and prioritize high-impact learning opportunities.

• Collect feedback from stakeholders and learners to continually enhance the effectiveness and relevance of training materials.

• Represent Censis products with enthusiasm and professionalism, fostering customer trust, satisfaction, and excitement for Censis solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of CensiTrac and related products within the Censis suite.

• Current professional certification with HSPA or CBSPD.

• Strong expertise in sterile processing, including familiarity with governing standards and practices.

• Understanding of regulatory bodies that influence Sterile Processing and Operating Rooms.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to create and deliver engaging training content for diverse audiences.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training strategy development is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience is acceptable.
