Product Support Specialist – Aviation IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Serve as a bridge between airline clients and the programming department by handling phone inquiries and written correspondence (Help Desk function).

• Analyze, investigate, and resolve technical and software-related issues.

• Monitor and track customer concerns to guarantee prompt responses and solutions.

• Collaborate with our Development Department to document customer requirements.

• Conduct testing of software modifications and solutions to identify technical issues.

• Work with the Technical Writing Department to create documentation for new program features.

• Provide customer training, either on-site or at the Trax facility.

• Available for on-call service during customer emergencies.

• Oversee and coordinate customer projects, ensuring implementations are supported by our corporate team.

• Capable of managing customer implementation projects to facilitate the seamless delivery of Trax products and services.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Business, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the aviation industry, specifically in areas such as Technical Records, Engineering, Maintenance, or Software Implementations.

• Experience with Trax or comparable aviation maintenance software is essential.

• Proficient in English, with the ability to speak additional languages preferred.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities are required.

• Excellent customer service skills, with the capability to de-escalate issues and offer effective solutions.

• Demonstrated urgency in addressing customer issues to ensure business continuity.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally over 50% of the time.
