This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Serving as the product expert for the Portfolio Management segment of LeasingOS, delivering training sessions and walkthroughs to assist brokers in adopting the system and maximizing its value.

• Performing thorough quality assessments of abstracted lease data, identifying inconsistencies and addressing issues to uphold a high level of accuracy and service quality.

• Assisting the lease abstraction process by acting as a liaison for our offshore abstraction team, addressing their inquiries to ensure smooth delivery.

• Addressing recurring user inquiries through our support channels, providing consistent, professional, and timely responses.

• Managing broker expectations regarding abstraction timelines, handling time-sensitive discussions with professionalism and care.

• Facilitating stakeholder communications on various topics, including pricing and product vision.

• Experience in lease abstraction or lease administration, with a proven ability to identify issues and discrepancies in lease data.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong dedication to the quality of work and service.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including the confidence to manage demanding or time-sensitive discussions productively.

• Proficient in managing expectations and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable with and interested in AI-supported workflows.

• Self-motivated, with a focus on continuous learning and initiative.
