Product Success Manager II – Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the onboarding and implementation process for the Teamworks Performance ecosystem (AMS, Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition) for around 15 clients within your initial six months, with the potential to grow to 25+ as you gain traction.

• Develop and set up AMS platforms for football clubs and Olympic committees, incorporating athlete monitoring workflows, training load assessments, and customized practitioner dashboards that meet each organization’s requirements.

• Manage intricate data integrations from GPS systems (Catapult, StatSport, VX Sport), force plates (Vald, Hawkin Dynamics, Exos), wellness surveys, and other performance technologies into consolidated athlete profiles.

• Collaborate strategically with performance directors and head coaches to convert their operational needs into platform enhancements, while advocating for their requirements internally with Product and Engineering teams.

• Create and implement training programs that empower performance staff — including sports scientists, strength coaches, physiotherapists, and nutritionists — to become proficient and confident users of the entire ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical AMS experience is essential — you have constructed and utilized these platforms, comprehend how practitioners depend on them daily, and possess an in-depth understanding of athlete data collection and aggregation.

• Extensive knowledge of elite sports performance technologies, such as GPS tracking and force plate systems, with the capability to integrate and analyze complex datasets into actionable insights.

• Proven experience within professional sporting organizations (football clubs, Olympic committees, or national governing bodies) — you are familiar with stakeholder dynamics, seasonal pressures, and the importance of reliable tools.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish trust across varied sporting cultures and performance disciplines.

• Competence in managing a large, multi-country client portfolio autonomously, adapting priorities dynamically based on client requirements and impact.

• Located in EMEA with a readiness to travel to client sites throughout the region.

• You are fluent in French, German, Italian, Dutch, or Spanish.

• You have demonstrated success in leading technology implementations in professional sports, including managing change and obtaining stakeholder support.

• You are skilled at synthesizing multi-modal performance data (GPS, force plate, wellness, nutrition) into strategic reports for coaching and medical teams.
