Product Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Become a comprehensive product authority on our AI-enabled CoCounsel Legal suite of offerings.

• Execute all facets of the customer success strategy by combining in-depth CoCounsel Legal product knowledge with initiatives such as co-developing customer success plans, conducting executive business reviews, showcasing value, and identifying and addressing risks to maintain and expand customer relationships with Thomson Reuters.

• Act as a product expert at events, including industry conferences, Thomson Reuters Conferences, webinars, and both virtual and in-person engagements.

• Create and deliver training for customers in collaboration to advance our digital strategy.

• Design and provide training to enhance the knowledge of Thomson Reuters employees.

• Develop and showcase business plans, monitor market and competitive activities, and represent Customer Success in cross-functional meetings to align with business goals.

• Collaborate effectively with all relevant internal and external partners and stakeholders.

• Utilize technology tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Copilot) to accurately manage client data, pipeline, and financial projections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Law, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field).

• Master’s degree or J.D. is an advantage.

• Previous experience in the legal technology industry or direct involvement with legal professionals, law firms, or corporate legal departments is strongly preferred.

• Required skills include curiosity, learning agility, proactivity, a sense of urgency, strategic thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and accountability.

• Experience with Gong, Copilot, Claude, CoCounsel, and Salesforce is a plus.

• Functional and technical expertise in GenAI systems, AI prompting engineering, and Agentic Workflows, especially in relation to legal research, drafting, and analysis.

• Knowledge of legal workflows, terminology, and common challenges is essential.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
