This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Manage the sales process for Wound Closure & Healing products through continuous interaction with surgeons and operating room professionals.
• Provide clinical and procedural support during the use of products.
• Assist the Clinical Sales – Surgeons team in carrying out activities while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of results.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational plans for the area.
• Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations at events, congresses, and symposiums.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and best practices.
• Analyze market trends and commercial data to support growth strategies and improve customer retention.
• Degree in scientific or economic disciplines.
• Master's in Digital Marketing and/or Project Management and/or Business Data Analytics or practical experience in one of these fields.
• Experience in commercial roles within the medical sector; experience in the Surgery business is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer management skills.
• Native Italian; fluent in English.
• Residence or domicile in Emilia Romagna.
