Product Specialist – Patient Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the Patient Care product portfolio, which includes moisture management, oral care, repositioning, waterless washing, and catheter fixation.

• You possess a thorough understanding of your market, including stakeholders, processes, trends, and competitors, allowing you to formulate actionable strategies that maximize customer value.

• You will assist our sales team by providing impactful product presentations and conducting trials in the intensive care unit.

• In collaboration with Marketing and HQ, you will create engaging materials and initiatives.

• You will represent Medline at workshops, events, and professional conferences with confidence and expertise.

• You consistently ensure compliance with MedTech regulations and maintain oversight of necessary guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• You hold a degree in a commercial or life-science discipline, or have completed a clinical qualification.

• You have experience in nursing, preferably within an intensive care setting.

• You enjoy the art of presenting, persuading, and inspiring others.

• You are self-organized, capable of making decisions, and thrive on taking responsibility.

• You are fluent in both German and English.

• You are skilled in MS Office, CRM, and analysis tools, and are willing to travel (approximately 60% of the time, primarily within Germany).
