This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Achieve sales and market share goals by strategically managing the assigned territory.
• Serve as the primary account management liaison for hospitals within the territory.
• Implement national, regional, and local sales and marketing initiatives for Johnson & Johnson MedTech Neurovascular products.
• Oversee the territory budget and handle administrative responsibilities across POD structures.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback while executing promotional programs.
• Anticipate shifts in the market and offer solutions to enhance product and company performance.
• Foster relationships with key opinion leaders, decision makers, and targeted customers.
• Provide professional clinical support to physicians regarding the safe and effective use of the Neurovascular portfolio.
• Work collaboratively with sales and marketing management to refine strategies and develop local launch plans.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both existing and potential clients.
• Create proposals that address customer needs and serve as the main contact for RFP/RFQs.
• A minimum of a University Degree is required.
• A degree in business, engineering, or health sciences is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare/medical device sales or 3 years in a technical healthcare role is required.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is preferred.
• Results-oriented and performance-driven with a proactive approach and sense of urgency is required.
• Willingness to work in a laboratory or operating room setting is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical abilities are preferred.
• Capability to comprehend and discuss intricate clinical trials and associated data sets is required.
• Outstanding collaboration, problem-solving skills, initiative, and creativity are essential.
• A desire to thrive in a commission/bonus-driven environment is required.
• Ability to travel as needed, including overnight and/or weekend travel; a minimum of 25% travel is required.
• A safe driving record in accordance with Johnson & Johnson SAFE Fleet guidelines is required.
