Product Specialist – Medical Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Manage Allergan’s interactions with customers, including physicians and pharmacies, within the assigned region.

• Strategically promote awareness and appropriate usage of designated AA products.

• Collaborate with customers to facilitate order placements, presenting commercial policies and seasonal offer advantages.

• Formulate sales strategies that align with the overarching strategic plan of AA.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key internal stakeholders.

• Cultivate long-term customer relationships grounded in ethical standards.

• Deliver presentations and organize group events for healthcare professionals (HCPs), while also engaging with contacts individually.

• Offer training and support regarding the correct use of AA products.

• Identify new opportunities within the territory to enhance strategic synergies and develop target groups.

• Organize daily activities to meet assigned sales objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree-level education is required.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in the commercial healthcare sector and/or medical aesthetics or a similar field (roles such as PS, medical representative, or equivalent).

• Strong business acumen is essential.

• Proven history of meeting sales goals.

• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within a team and across the organization to effectively utilize resources and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Evidence of success in negotiation, consultation, and relationship building, resulting in exceeding performance metrics.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• This is a field-based position requiring regular travel.

• A valid, ideally clean, driving license is needed.

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher.
