Product Specialist – Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure clients participate in training prior to the implementation of Packs P, M, or G;

• Conduct consultations with clients either on-site or via online platforms;

• Assist clients in navigating the appropriate channels for support requests;

• Educate clients on executing processes independently instead of performing them on their behalf;

• Cultivate a profound understanding of the tool;

• Coordinate with the franchisor to address technical problems;

• Oversee client engagement in accordance with the established schedule.

• Completion of high school diploma or currently pursuing higher education;

• Essential experience in system implementation and training;

• Outstanding interpersonal abilities;

• Proactive and hands-on approach.
