Product Specialist – EU

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Configure applications to align with customer specifications, including workflows, document types, AI prompts, customer style guides, and formats.

• Provide training for users and administrators on product functionality.

• Oversee and manage customer projects to ensure they remain within scope and on schedule.

• Offer post-launch administrative assistance for various clients.

• Assist in pre-sales efforts by grasping customer business requirements, demonstrating solutions either virtually or at conferences, and contributing to solution proposals.

• Analyze and implement new product features.

• Maintain both production and sandbox environments.

• Generate regular and on-demand customer reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions.

• Experience with clinical, drug R&D, or regulatory submission software is highly desirable.

• 1-5 years of experience in product specialization, customer success, or consulting.

• Capability to swiftly comprehend client requirements and articulate potential solutions.

• Experience in meeting customer expectations and fulfilling their needs.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to rapid task changes.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.

• Familiarity with the life sciences drug development process is preferred.

• Understanding of life sciences compliance requirements is preferred.

• Must be authorized to work in Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, the United Kingdom, or Spain.

• No current or future visa sponsorship requirement.
