Product Specialist – EDP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document product requirements for EDP solutions.

• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and Azure to create and implement product solutions.

• Oversee the product lifecycle from inception to execution, including planning, development, and launch.

• Perform market research and conduct competitive analysis.

• Track product performance and user feedback to effectuate improvements.

• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users.

• Collaborate with teams in development, marketing, and customer support.

• Keep thorough documentation of product specifications, processes, and updates.

• At least 5 years of experience in a product specialist or similar position.

• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Azure platforms.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• Proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.

• Reliability security clearance or higher is required at the time of application.

• Enhanced security clearance is mandatory for this position.
