This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Create: Develop style guides, lead magnets, presentation decks, social media templates, and more utilizing Canva and Figma.

• Personalize and modify templates to reflect each Founder’s brand, ensuring that the final products appear refined and cohesive rather than generic.

• Enhance & Evaluate: Confirm that all creative materials are visually striking, optimized, and prepared for deployment across various platforms.

• Implement QA standards and guarantee that designs are clear, legible, and mobile-friendly.

• Collaborate: Partner with team members to ensure designs align with brand strategy and make updates as necessary.

• Operate efficiently within a global team functioning across different time zones (night shift schedule).

• Feedback & Innovation: Integrate feedback and remain updated on design trends to enhance quality and creativity.

• Solid foundation in digital marketing along with 2+ years of design experience or a relevant degree.

• Outstanding design abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Canva (Figma experience is a plus), with C1 English proficiency.

• Capability to work swiftly and efficiently without compromising on quality.

• Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working overnight shifts and in a remote environment.
